Bavak provides training for various products with a common denominator, quality.

The product groups for which the training is developed differ considerably. So first of all, it is important to have a clear description of your needs. Once you are interested, the exact points of the training will be discussed in a meeting. From there, the training will be prepared and delivered in consultation with you. This is to ensure that the training will deliver the desired results.

The training courses at Bavak are given at different levels. This is because some employees are more advanced than others. In addition, technology continues to advance rapidly. So it is wise to attend training courses regularly, so you don't have to miss anything.

Basic training Participants in the basic training do not have any experience in the training field. In basic training, all components of the relevant training are covered in detail. The trainees are explained all the operations from A to Z after which they will apply it themselves in practice. Everything is done under the supervision of an experienced trainer.

Refresher training The participants have followed basic training and therefore have the necessary experience. During this training, a summary of the basic training will be given. Experiences will then be shared with each other to focus on during the training. This training will focus on practice.
