The MINI Z® Handheld Z Backscatter System
In case the object to be scanned cannot be placed in an X-Ray machine, the MINI Z® is the solution.
Bavak is distributor of the MINI Z® system. The MINI Z® is a powerful, portable Z Backscatter system that can make organic threats and contraband visible.
Its size allows the operator to scan in hard to reach places. Users can scan vehicles, walls, furniture, (aircraft) interiors, packages and many other objects. The MINI Z® can be used to detect drugs, currency, explosives and other organic threats.
The system is fully autonomous, battery powered (4 hours per battery charge) and has built-in wireless communication (Wi-Fi). MINI Z® requires no set-up and is immediately ready for use. All images are displayed in real-time on a special tablet. The optional Enhanced Detection Panel allows operators to obtain a transmission image or an enhanced Z Backscatter image. The MINI Z® has the possibility to compose images manually, so-called image stitching.
