We are proud to present the latest addition to our range of Speedgates: the Bavak B-Park. This new Speedgate, designed by Marike Heye at Bavak, has been specially developed for parking garages. The patent application for this advanced concept is currently in progress. With this innovative design, the Bavak B-Park provides an ideal solution for parking facility managers, helping them make traditional setups more cost-effective, simpler, and more efficient.

In many parking garages, the current setup includes both a barrier and a Speedgate. During the day, the Speedgate remains open, with the barrier controlling access in and out of the garage. At night, the Speedgate closes to prevent unauthorized access. While functional, this setup can be improved in terms of installation, maintenance, and space efficiency.

The Bavak B-Park offers a smart and efficient solution by integrating the barrier and Speedgate into a single system. This innovation brings immediate benefits, starting with installation: where two separate systems were previously needed, only one is now required. This means less wiring, fewer civil works, and a reduced risk of delays. Additionally, space is saved as only one system is installed instead of two separate components. Maintenance is also simplified and more cost-effective, as there is only one system to service.
